Simply The Best

I've tried a number of BBQ sauces and visited a number of BBQ joints over the years. In my travels I tried a Famous Daves restaurant. I wasn't expecting much from a chain, and sure enough the ribs weren't very good. The meat was fatty and not very flavorful, but I loved the sauce. I've been hooked ever since.
For my tastes, this sauce blends the perfect amount of sweetness with underlying smoke and tang. It's a very smooth flavor that complements the meat, as opposed to the overly strong sauces that tend to overpower everything else. Grocery stores in my area no longer carry the sauce and the restaurant is 45 minutes out of my way, so despite the price I'm thrilled to find them on Amazon!

This is a excellent barbecue sauce. We eat at Famous Dave's Restraurant and we alway request this sauce. We also use this at home when we barbecue.

Don't have Famous Dave's Unlucky You!

We do not have any barbecue places in my hometown. Sad I know! Anyway, Famous Dave's is awesome. Granted I can make better barbecue at home but considering its a national chain restaurant, and saves me from cooking it is worth the wait. I like the fact that this sauce is mild enough to get the approval of my picky 4 year old. He will pretty much dunk everything he can get his hands on and he loves this sauce. The husband and I love very spicy foods so we can put the spicier Famous Dave's Texas Pit or the flaming Pineapple Rage on our ribs, steak, pulled pork, chicken or whatever and we can and still put this on the kid’s portion and he'll gobble it up. We even give it to the kid with frozen Tyson chicken nuggets and he loves it. So if you don't like spicy sauces and like more rich and tangy then this is the sauce to buy.
