Tasty Stuff!

I love Famous Dave's sauces. They are all good but my favorite is Devil's Spit. I really enjoy the depth all of his sauces contain. You won't find this kind of flavor from the shelves in the grocery store stuff! Get yourself a WSM and create your own bbq at home.

If you don't have Famous Dave's in town unlucky you.

We do not have any barbecue places in my hometown. Sad I know! Anyway, Famous Dave's is awesome. Granted I can make better barbecue at home but considering its a national chain restaurant, and saves me from cooking it is worth the wait. I haven't had this particular sauce before I bought it but I think it is my favorite sauce (second only to Pineapple Rage which Amazon really should start selling). It is a vinegar based sauce with lots of black pepper and the right amount of tangy, sweet with a nice finish of heat at the end. I actually prefer vinegar based sauces because I love the vinegar bite and tang. I used to buy the A-1 Chicago Steakhouse marinade with black pepper and roasted red pepper by the case, until they stopped making it of course. This is just as good if not better than that. It is great to marinade steaks in for 24-48 hours; it is also good on dry ribs, pulled pork and anything else that you can think of.
