The secret is out

The secret is out...Blues Hog has been one of the most popular sauces on the Competition BBQ circuit for the past couple of years. All the cool kids are using it. By far the most popular application is a blend of 50% Tennessee Red and 50% of the "Regular" Blues Hog. Their Smokey Mountain variation (sometimes hard to find) is a stand alone rock star...a perfect compliment to a rack of ribs or a mountain of pulled pork. I would give this sauce 6 stars if I could.

Good All purpose BBQ Sauce

Much better than anything you'll find in your local grocery store. It is a thick & sweet gritty peppered sauce with a little heat. It really mixes well with Blues Hog Tennessee Red sauce which adds vinegar and fruit character (also thins it).

Sweet and tangy with just the right amount of kick. That comes from someone that can't take too much heat.
